It was founded in 1999 by Simon Matthews, who is the great great grandson of Arthur Tooth. The Easyart website enables users to order canvas art online. A wide range of reproductions may be transferred to canvas, using an inkjet technique known as giclee. There is a choice of sizes: standard, small, large and extra large. Easyart offers three options for the treatment of the edges of canvas art: image wrapped round edge of frame, coloured edge using predominant colour of artwork, and plain canvas-coloured edge.
