While in its green bean format, coffee keeps for years. But once it is roasted, it needs to be consumed very quickly to avoid going stale. The Roast & Post Coffee Company addresses this problem by processing each customer's order within a single day. This involves roasting to order, grinding (if required) and dispatch.
