New Quay Honey Farm was established in 1985 at Cross Inn, New Quay, Ceredigion SA44 6NN, Wales, by Gerald and Mariana Cooper. New Quay Honey Farm, which has 500 hives and attracts 35,000 visitors a year, is now the largest honey farm in Wales. In 1999 a Meadery was added, which produces a range of honey wines.
