Ampersand Books was started in 1982 by Megan and Michael Dawson, and is based at Ludford Mill, Ludlow, Shropshire SY8 1PP, England. It specialises in interactive and dimensional books - pop-ups, movables, and novelty books of all kinds. Ampersand Books now has a stock of over 1000 pop up and movable books, including rare 19th century books, hard-to-find examples of paper engineering from the 1920s to the 1960s, and modern pop-up books.
