Teresa Bell makes three designs of quilt, with 6 inch squares, 4 inch squares, and Log Cabin design. The Log Cabin design uses little one inch strips of fabrics in 12 inch blocks. The material used in 100% cotton, in designs from Sandersons, Jane Churchill, and other leading textile suppliers. Each quilt is machine quilted using wadding and a matching lining. Each quilt can be ordered in each colour combination. Customers may send samples of fabric and wallpaper if they are seeking a quilt to match their decor.

A speciality of Teresa Bell is the Memory Quilt. These, in Log Cabin design, are made from old clothes, curtains, or bedding. They usually contain childhood memories, or may celebrate the whole family in one quilt. Memory Quilts can also be made as mementos of family members who have died, using items of their clothing. Men's ties can be used to create a cushion quilt, or a small quilt for putting over the back of a sofa. A cushion uses about seven ties; a small quilt can use around 20 ties.
