The North Pole website is focused on Christmas. It has cheerful background music, and tells the user how many days, hours and minutes there are to wait until the next Christmas day. It is organized into the following main sections: Birth of Jesus, Santa Online Games, Christmas Carols, Email Santa Claus, Kids Links, and Santa Personal Letters. There is also a North Pole Quiz, including questions such as: Who was the first person to stand directly on the North Pole? An online 'Name that Tune' game challengers to name the tune of a Christmas Carol, with ten levels of difficulty of play.

The Christmas Carols section covers 50 Christmas Carols. For each Carol it provides the words, details of author and composer, and a stereo audio track of the instrumental music.
