ABOUT 'COOK MUSIC LIBRARY'
The Cook Music Library is part of the Indiana University Libraries. It is one of the largest academic music libraries in the USA, and services the Jacobs School of Music, and the Bloomington Campus of Indiana University. Its collection comprises over 600,000 items.
Working with staff from Indiana University's Digital Library Program, the Cook Music Library is a world leader in the development of digital music libraries. Students have access to more than 11,000 complete recordings and a growing collection of digital stores.
The Cook Music Library website includes a substantial section on the orchestras of the world. This comprises links to the websites of more than 100 orchestras around the world.
